Paris has one of the largest airports in Europe and more air traffic. It is the main airport in France and is one of the largest in Europe. His name is due to general and former president of France, Charles de Gaulle (1890-1970). It is located near Roissy, 25 km. northeast of Paris.

Number of terminals
3 (Terminals 1, 2 and 3). The new Terminal 2E has been closed to the public until further notice, due to the collapse of a footbridge on May 23. All flights using this terminal have been diverted to other terminals. Passengers should check with your airline or travel agent for the latest news. The closure of Terminal 2E has not caused major changes in flights to the airport.

Connection between terminals
The Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are linked by free buses. The various halls of Terminal 2 are linked by corridors mobile.
Getting there by road

How to get there by public transport

Rail: The RER rapid service train arrives at the airport: the B line runs from the TGV station of CDG 2 to Gare du Nord, Châtelet-les-Halles, St. Michel and Denfert-Rochereau, all of them connected to the meter (length Journey: approximately 30 minutes).
